Client Services Specialist

Melanie is a Client Services Specialist at Atlas Private Wealth Management. She works directly with clients and Wealth Management Advisors to set up accounts and facilitate client requests.
Prior to her position at Atlas, Melanie worked as a Head Supervisor at First Niagara Financial Group. More recently, she obtained her NYS Life and Health License and worked as a Licensed Service Assistant for the wealth management segment of New York Life.
At present, Melanie attends Hudson Valley Community College and is in the process of completing her associate’s degree in Business. She enjoys working with people and believes in doing everything possible to assist all clients in their requests to satisfaction and completion. Her enthusiasm and experience in supporting client needs in the financial services sector have led her to join Atlas.
Melanie was born in Manhattan, NY but has lived upstate in Albany since childhood. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing fiction, and spending time with her family.
