Financial Counseling Program for Independent Schools
In February, our team members, Toby Potterton and Barnaby Bullard, participated in the NBOA Annual Conference to share information about Atlas’ Financial Counseling Program for Employees of Independent Schools. Atlas has a long history of providing this one-on-one counseling program to the faculty and staff of independent schools in the northeast. In addition to involving more team members and enhancing the service we are hoping to expand our sphere of influence to other schools around the country. Please join us in welcoming our newest team members: Christian Signor, Christine Suozzi, and Jennifer Eobbi.
Christian joined the Atlas team as a Client Operations Analyst and works with the larger team to provide behind the scenes support related to systems and overall client operations. Prior to joining Atlas, he spent nearly 10 years working at an investment firm where he started as an intern before working in both their Operations and Compliance Departments. A lifelong resident of the Capital Region, Christian enjoys basketball, golf, and spending time with his goldendoodle Macaroni. Learn more about Christian here.
Our newest Associate Wealth Management Advisor, Christine Suozzi, joined the Atlas team with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Christine is a CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™) professional and strives to build long-term relationships with clients as she assists them to achieve their desired financial goals. Prior to joining Atlas, Christine worked for Capital Financial Services, LLC and Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company. Christine joins the ranks of our Siena alumni. Prior to joining Atlas, Jennifer worked for the Anesthesia Group of Albany, P.C. in Albany New York as an Administrative / Accounting Associate. - Spring Shredding: As tax season wraps us for most and spring-cleaning pangs start to kick in, we wanted to remind you that we offer secure shredding services as a year-round client benefit. Get rid of those documents cluttering up your house and ensure that your confidential information is properly destroyed. Stop by during Albany office hours with your bags of documents and drop them into our confidential bins.
- DocuSign and Advice Pay: DocuSign is available to allow clients the ability to conveniently sign most of our documents electronically. Don’t forget about Advice Pay; this convenient tool also offers you the ability to pay for financial planning and tax preparation services using a credit or debit card.
- Atlas Drop Box – We continue to maintain a secure drop box outside of our office entrance for clients that prefer an alternate way to deliver their documents.
